Chocolate Brownie Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies Meringues Fluffy Pancakes
Anzac Biscuits Weextbix Slice Fejoa Loaf Cinnamon Scrolls
Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
100g butter
1 cup of sugar
2 freee range eggs
3/4 cup of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 a cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla
100g of dark chocolate
100g of white chocolate
Method
Melt butter and add sugar the mix.
Whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined. Sift in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into mixture.
Mix until combined, add both chocolates, be careful not to over mix.
Put it into greased pan and cook at 180 degreees celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Once finished leave to cool and enjoy.

Tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp salt
115g butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Method
In a large bowl melt butter and add both sugars and salt, stir until combined.
Add egg and vanilla and whisk until smooth.Sift in flour and baking soda.
Then add chocolate chips, mix until combined. Leave in fridge for half an hour.
Roll into medium sized balls and place on a tray. Cook at 180 degrees celesius Fan Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Leave to cool then eat and enjoy!

Meringues
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/2 a cup of sugar
Method
Using an electric beater beat egg whites until soft peaks
(until bowl can be tipped upside down and nothing falls out)
Add in little bits of sugar at a time and continue mixing at the same time.
This should take 5-8 minutes.
Pipe onto a tray lined with baking paper
Cook at 120 degrees celesius, fan bake, for 1 hour, leave to cool then eat!
Fluffy Pancakes
Ingredients
3/4 cup of milk
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Pour milk and vinegar into large bowl and leave to set for 5 minutes.
In another bowl add all dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Melt butter and add eggs and whisk until combined.
Add all dry ingredients and butter and egg mixture to mik+vinegar.
Mix all together but be careful not to over mix.
Put large spoonfuls on to frying pan and cook evenly on each side.
Serve with favourite toppings.

Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of flour
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of brown sugar
125g butter
1/4 cup of golden syrup
2 Tbsp of boiling water
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method
Mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and coconut into a large bowl.
In a different bowl melt butter, golden syrup and boiling water, whilst still hot,
add baking soda to mix(it should foam up)
Add to dry mixture and mix until combined.
Roll into balls and place onto tray. Cook at 180 degrees celesius fan bake
for 20-25 minutes. Bring out of oven once done and leave to cool.
Weetbix Slice
Ingredients
170g butter
3 crushed Weet-Bix
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 Tbsp of coconut
1 Tbsp of coco powder
Icing
1 tsp coco powder
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
5 tsp boiling water
Method
Melt the butter then add all dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Press flat in lined with baking paper and cook at 180 degrees celesius fan bake for 15 minutes.
Make Icing. Ice while hot enjoy:)
Fejoa Loaf
Ingredients
1 cup of scooped fejoas
1 cup of boiling water
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g of butter
1 tsp of baking soda
1 egg, beaten
Method
Place fejoas, sugar, butter and water in a sauce pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.Stir in dry ingredients and egg.
Mix and cook for 50 minutes at 180 degrees celesius in an oven.

Cinnamon Scrolls
Ingredients
3/4 cup of milk
2 tsp active yeasy
1/4 cup of caster sugar
125g butter
1 large egg
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup of brown sugar
Method
In a bowl or stand mixer, stir together the warm milkand active yeast.
Add the caster sugar, 50g melted butter and egg, then mix to combime.
Carefully add the flour, 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tsp of salt to the wet ingredients.
Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead on high or with with your hands,
until the dough is soft and strecthy.
Transfer to a clean, greased bowl.Cover and leave to proof
in a warm place until doubled in size.
Once doubled in size, turn out onto a floured surface.
Roll into a rectanglearound 1/2 cm in thickness.
Make the filling by combining the renaining butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Then spread over the rectangle;leaving a 1cm border at the top of the rectangle.
Roll into a log, then place seam side down.
Cut into 9-10 pieces, then arrange in a greased baking dish 2-3cm apart.
Cover and proof for 30 mins, then bake at 200c for 20-25 mins or til lightly golden
and bouncy to the touch. leave to cool slightly then enjoy.
